I prompt my audience to think deep about leather and fashion industry and how significant a material item and brand name is to our society. When we see someone who sports a name brand designer such as a Louis Vuitton handbag, we begin to worship these individuals because as a society, we believe that people who possess such expensive and desirable items are superior to us. Furthermore, in a twisted way, we are worshiping the people who own these bags. I hope to convey the message that people should not care about material items or brand names. Instead, we should care for more about the cow’s life and how they are only raised for the sole purpose of providing leather for these bags.
